The LTC-7PN or ER651625 Prismatic Cell has four PCB pins that protrude 4.6 mm. One pin is the positive terminal, the two three pins and the metal case are ground - the negative terminals.

This LTC-7PN or ER651625 Prismatic Cell is widely used for CMOS memory backup in personal computers, and for many other electronics applications such as MadgeTech data loggers, LST-5 series UHF radios, Corometrics Medical Model 145 Foetal Monitor (Fetal Monitor) and some SRM cycle power meters.

To derive the straight pin LTC-7PN-S4 just go one step further and straighten the two pins. The LTC-7PN is a robust battery and is well able to survive these modifications.
